Toscana is very responsive to the start-and-stop nature of earth-work projects by having a large parcel of land available for mobilizing and demobilizing from job sites as required by the customer. On an island where land is scarce, this is truly a unique offering. Toscana operates from 6 acres of contiguous property accessed from 19 Arrowhead Drive. On this property is the Ready Mix concrete plant, the Maintenance Building, two storage buildings, aggregate materials bins, various stock-items as well has temporary storage for in-transit excess materials from jobs sites. Toscana also maintains an additional 4 acres off Bunker Road for material storage, for recycling asphalt brick and concrete as well as developing our OMRI listed Nantucket Soil Collection - organic compost, organic lawn soil and organic garden soil.
