This position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage and oversee diverse Sitework/Utility projects on Nantucket. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and project management skills, a commitment to delivering outstanding results, and be able to work in a team oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Sitework/Utility crews.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and grow a team.
- Uphold a strong safety culture.
- Maintain accurate project documentation
You're A Great Fit If You
- Have proven experience as a Sitework/Utility Foreman.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret site/utility plans.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- A commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Appropriate licenses for operating heavy equipment.
- CDL Class A a plus, not required.
